Each building and each community have their own specific maintenance needs and we meet those exact needs - to the hour and by the month.
Our Maintenance Programs are only as good as our people!
| • | Quality Techs: Pre-hire and in-house skills testing; multiple trade-skills proficiency; background & drug checks; physical abilities exam & E-Verify immigration status check. |
| • | Training: Techs are assigned Supervisor & Account Manager; new-hire and monthly training and educational programs; on the job mentoring and training. |
| • | Field Supervisors: Techs are assigned FS who ensures the techs have the requisite trade skills, work ethic and supervisor support. |
| • | Account Managers: Each Account is assigned an Account Manager who performs quarterly walkthroughs, provide quarterly Digital Photo Reports; ensures satisfaction with our techs and program. |
| • | Accountability: Detailed job logs are provided monthly; Supervisors perform field spot checks for job quality and technician performance. |
| • | Flexibility: hours can be increased or decreased upon 30-day notice. |
