Simply send us your “Specification List” or “Features List” and we take it from there. We find and collate your data, meaning less work for you. Printed copies of this information can be provided at a “per page” cost.

All of our Manuals are State of California CALGreen-compliant. CALGreen is the name given to the new Title 24 Standards effective January 1, 2011. The new code requires that certain local information and certain maintenance information be included in the Homeowner Manual, and that the “manual be placed in the building before final inspection.” Section 4.410 of the code lists these requirements.
